I’d like to wish my favorite skater a happy birthday!
Dearest Zhenya, thank you for being such a tremendous inspiration to me and so many other fans around the world (and on Golden skate!)
On the ice, your commitment to performance and your sheer determination are truly captivating to watch. With every single movement and nuance, you exude maturity, passion, and sheer intensity. I have only witnessed your beautiful skating from the tv/screen of my laptop and someday I would love to see you live! The emotions and energy you give off already translate so clearly through video recordings so I can’t imagine how magnificent it would to be to watch from an arena seat!
Additionally, I love how you live through your skating. That day of the Olympic freeskate, you embodied Anna Karenina perfectly. You always have a way of embracing the performance aspect of figure skating so effortlessly yet brilliantly and you connect with the music in such a deep and meaningful way. I am so glad that I finally started watching figure skating regularly again because being your fan has been absolutely incredible! Your hard work and dedication inspire me so much and it’s always a delight to watch you do what you love best! :luv17::luv17:

Thank you for being the reason I follow this sport! I never really had any knowledge about figure skating growing up, nor was I particularly interested in dance, but after seeing one of your performances I just got hooked. I started watching your perfomances on youtube, then I would watch only the competitions you were in, but now I watch them all and have come to appreciate many different skaters, and this new form of art and expression.
But you will always be the one who sparked this love in me, and the skater I will remember for many years to come.
You are a beautiful person and it's a joy watching you skate.
