So, a new question appeared on her IG story: Do we like her better in high heels or in sneakers? I would say in skates, but well it's off season time

Well, I'm pretty traditional in those things, so I prefer women in feminine clothes and slippers, but I must admit that those girls look great even in sportswear and shoes. So, hard choice. :scratch2:

why there is no option to ''both'' :noshake:
I choose ''Heels'' btw

There was a funny combo in her last tweet:
Zhenya: "About last night" (with pic)
Somebody: "Lol finally a little english"
Zhenya: "I definitely speak English, tho"
https://twitter.com/JannyMedvedeva/status/998254546450288646

😂😂😂 She really likes to bite back, isn't she? (Like the courtney hicks's comment about the flutz in ig)

Another one:
Zhenya, you do not want to tell me where you are training yet, have you begun to restore jumps if you were allowed to jump?

Zhenya:I do not want)) ❤️

Biting is one thing but I'm constantly annoyed by demands that anybody should tweet or blog or write in English :disapp: There are other languages in the world and if somebody prefers to write in his/her mother tongue it's a private matter and nobody has right to be bitter or sarcastic about it

I prefer her with sneakers, it looks more youthful and casual. I would like to see her in a fashion style : sneakers+bomber jacket+skinny jeans+sunglasses.:luv17:
I love that Zhenya has become active again.
That dress that went up on Instagram History will be for the FOI, I guess.

-----
I would also buy her biography! I remember that Zhenya mentioned that she started writing a journal when she got injured. Who knows, maybe in a few years she will show us some of her emotions expressed in an autobiographical book:)

If someone understood that part in the Anna Karenina program after the loop and before the 2A2T2T with the hand, can you please explain what it means?

Zhenya has been super active on Twitter in the past few days, and I love her sense of humor :)

I liked when the guy said it's weird to read LOL in cyrillic, and she replied LOL. I mean, it was an easy one because he set it up for her, but it still made me chuckle.

Oh yeah, english isn't my first language so i can understand :)

Ah could you elaborate on this? What did Courtney say?

A while ago Courtney posted a video where she showed how she fixed her flutz and someone mentioned Zhenya, Hicks laughed and Evg appeared out of nowhere with a comment saying "courtney, teach me" or something like that and everyone was like "ohhh... Zhenya you know we love you..."
Very funny combo 😁

I agree 100%. She is more than just an athlete.

I dont think Zhenya leaving Eteri will have a lasting negative impact in Russia because Eteri will continue to thrive in the next quad with many very good skaters and Zhenya will be healthy and happy living and training in Canada learning new things yet still representing the country she loves, Russia.

Yeah, I really don't see a downside to it. All of the North American skating fans I know are excited that she will be training here because there's a better chance that we can get to see her skate live at an event, and we're looking forward to more English tweets and interviews as she becomes more immersed in the language. This is good for Russia, because she puts a good face on her nation.

Things like her Sailor Moon exhibition draws anime fans into figure skating, and who knows how many K-Pop fans have an interest after all the attention her EXO fandom received during the Olympics, and all of these people who begin to take an interest in figure skating because of her see her as a cool Russian girl, and that only helps Russia. The more that "cool" and "Russia" are linked together in the minds of westerners, the less hostility there will be, so I really don't get this Russian national sentiment that she is some sort of traitor. She is actually quite the opposite, although I can understand being upset that your tax dollars are paying a Canadian rather than a Russian coach. Still, that seems a small matter to be bitter enough over to say nasty things to an 18-year-old on the Internet. You do you, Zhenya. You make both figure skating and Russia more appealing to the rest of the world.

My gut instinct when I saw that was to vote "trainers," because I want her to win an Olympic gold medal, but then I thought that it's not like she won't train if we vote for heels, and I want her to feel pretty and have fun, so heels it is. Go be glamorous, Girl! Then put those sneakers on and win Olympic gold so that we can leap and dance for joy when you're on the podium. :hap85:
