It's a direct/literal translation. It doesn't have to be taken literally, but figuratively, though. But I have been under an impression that this saying about "a bomb" is used in English as well.

Sounds good! Really good. I remember a very flirtatious EX from Zhenya from... the 2016/17 season, I think? I wanted to see her in a more playful role in a competitive program since then. Orange Colored Sky is perfect for that and Sandra working with her on the choreo... the thought makes me giddy.

Totally agree. Besides, I'm sure if Zhenya herself didn't like the dress she would change it. She had two different Anna Karenina dresses before settling on the dark red one she wore for the Olympics, and it was definitely my favorite of the three, so I'm not too worried about the costume.

She could take "orange colored sky" and interpret it more liberally, like this kind of sunset ombre dress which would be gorgeous, or something like this, also super cute.

Yes it is, and you spelled it and used it correctly in a sentence. You can use "flirt" as a noun and say, "Zhenya is such a flirt," or you can use it as a verb and say, "Zhenya is flirting with that boy again," or you can use it as an adjective and say, "Zhenya is so flirtatious!"
