You mean if she is out of the team. Looks like it cause stanislava did fall yet. Neither did Sofia. The question if Liza can't go to euros if they decide to take stasya or still zhenya even if stasya finished before zhenya here at rusnat

I think she is out both stasyaand Sofia are above her. Damm if she had just gotten her sp right yesterday she would have been standing over them today. But its ok she now has all the time she needs without the stress

Yeah, I know it's very grim for her.
Sonya was consistent on every competition and Stasya had good programs at Nationals.
Zhenya, on the other had couldn't skate 100% yet, and she would definitely beat both if clean.
And Stasya isn't very consisteb either, so the question is: will Rusfed bet on a clean Evgenia for the Europeans? Is it worth a shot?

She is out, but who knows what Federation will decide. But I don't think they will send her.

While I am sad that this is the end of her season or at least a competition season I do think it is better for her not to be in the team. She now has the time without so much pressure She needs to train and breath and settle

Stasya was great last year at Nationals too, Worlds were disastrous...Who knows..

I could not see Zhenya live, because this week has been a chaos for me, but I just watched a video with Zhenya's Fs, and she did a great job !!!! Bravo, Zhenya, I want to see that smile always.
She is so loved, I do not know why she thinks otherwise, h*ters are a noisy minority, thousands of people in Russia and the world love her even if she is not on the top.
Never give up, zhenya.
I liked so much the steps sequence, because she had stopped worrying at that moment, and it was noticeable in her face and movement, after doing all the jumps, she gave herself to enjoy
Dress new for the Fs?, I did not expect it, at first glance it had seemed very simple, but when looking closely has very nice stitching details, I would like another type of skirt, really, but she looks great.
I don't care if she does not go Euros, I just want her to be healthy and happy. The practices show us that her technical skills are not a problem, she jumps difficult combinations very easily, even her jumps look much better and bigger in practice. It's just the new climate, everything is new for her, her mind needs to adapt to the changes, the rituals, she is barely in her first months after having moved from her continent and from her old training system (which is very, but very different from this), I have always said it and I repeat it again: I only hope for an optimistic future. Despite the health and adaptation problems, Zhenya is in a privileged position in comparison with her former teammates who probably will not receive the attention they need after another junior replaces them. Zhenya has all the attention of her coaches and team insured for all these 4 years, that's a great advantage.

Yes but who knows what rusfed will decide. I mean from what I heard Stanislaus was great at RusNats last year to but at world not? So she isn't also that consistent . The question is if liza willbe fit to go to euros or not . And if rusfed put their bet on zhenya finally going clean when she needs to do it the most or if they go with stasya if liza cant go or wont be in the team And poor alina she was in visible pain,I just watched her fs on recording. That was so painful to look at. The question is if she is also seriously injured or not.

This was the best performance ever. I am so grateful to the audience that they showed such a support out there!! Unbelievable! Zhenya finally found the 2 perfect program vehicles for her. I also think it's for her own good to stay out of Euros and WC this year.
After SCI and RussNats though I have noticed something - in her practises prior to the free skate she did many many jumps (and combinations). I guess this is what gives her mental strength to perform the jumps in the competition which is not surprising since it is Eteri's strategy. Here comes the tricky thing though - will she keep training this way because this is not Brian's method. We don't know. Also, her body might not be able to take that much stress anymore. That's why it might be really a good thing that she'll be skipping Euros and WC. Take the time to re-think your strategy and work on improving problem areas. Keep the same programs for the next season, don't waste money on new choreographers and please the dresses too! And then just come back stronger than ever.
