On the videos she didnt do spins though. Her spins worries me a lot. its been unstable at times.

Im glad she went back to her comfortable jumps. This less busy choreo really brings out her delicate movements

I know we've been seeing small improvements all season but this is really the smoothest and most comfortable she's seemed on the ice in a while based on that practice

Actually what I like the most is the posture. It still isn’t ideal but she doesn’t have as much broken waist as before.

Hmmmm I've never felt like her posture is bad or with a broken waist to be honest.

just watched the practice video and i'm SO excited!!

she looked incredible i love love love that outfit! her skating looked so smooth and the jumps were as solid as we've seen this season!

We don't really know. It seems like Zhenya has a good chance to get the spot over Liza with a convincing victory here, but in the end the fed hasn't made any promises.
