So beautiful.

Seeing her with these golden ribbons is such a throwback to Rostelecom 2017. I’m currently looking for a picture of her from back then with the ribbons just to see the differences. What surprised me immediately was how healthy and athletic she looks in the new picture. What a difference two years can make. I think I‘ll have to bring back this too because it just feels more true after Rostelecom 2019.

I love this gala. And I also miss british eurosport commentators:(, as it was mentioned here before. I would love to hear their opinionions.

I’m in love with her new gala [emoji7] I guess Evgenia will never stop surprising us. It’s also so heart warming to see how many fans she has out there, how loud she gets cheered on.

I also liked the interview with Orser, thank you for posting it Edwin.

Anything I can say about how incredible this competition was is little. I don't think even if she would has done the GPF would have been so exciting.

Now I just want Nationals will be as great as Rostelecom. I don't want to make calculations because the 3A have a higher technical content and are going to prepare to go to a war. But the pressure is going to be immense and who knows!

However not going to WC this season isn’t the end of the world either. And if she doesn't go, I wouldn't mind if she keep her programs for next season or at least the Memories. I love them and now that they came out clean I want to continue enjoying them one more time.

Oh yes! Their podcast I would never miss. I mean I love watching on ISU channel, but sometimes it gets a bit boring, never with Zhenya, as most of the time I'm usually way too busy trying to calm myself down, but I always loved to watch with them later. And tonight I couldn't watch it on ISU channel and commentators didn't even name the song and didn't say a single word about her gala. Of course, they didn't say anything bad about Zhenya, but I don't think it would have killed them just to say "it was lovely" and to name the artist and the song. Sorry for rambling and for bringing this negativity here, I usually don't do this. Just, it was so funny to me that after Skate Canada commentator even translated lyrics and name at least 3 artist who performed The Windmills, and here not a word about gala at all. Sorry again:biggrin: I don't even know why it got me so worked up:palmf::palmf:
 
Wow I can’t believe Rostelecom is over but honestly it’s going down as one of my favorite FS experiences ever. We got to see Zhenya put out two stunningly choreographed, incredibly emotional programs, and to do them not only clean, but with her new SS and technique that she’s been showing in practices has been so exciting. I just feel so so so so so happy for her!

I feel like this competition was such a huge milestone for her, maybe even bigger than Worlds 2019 or RusNats 2019. I hope she can go confidently forward and show off her new technique just like this in the future!

And to top it all off, we get this amazing new EX that shows how she’s blossomed into a new version of herself.

It’s gonna take me a few days to come down from this emotional high and stop smiling every time I see a picture of her 😬
