She is growing into her role in the Wizard, gets adjusted to her new boots, has lost her frustration over what happened in Nationals, and is doing great. Good to see her enjoying herself.

Only 5 days left, January 7 is Orthodox Christmas and holidays end.

I see that too—probably less tense about the higher speed in non-comp environments.

But tbh the sit spin in her SP (the one they absolutely inexplicably gave a lvl2 to) looked faster to me than at Rostelecom.

If this is the progress Zhenya continues to make, I’m excited to see what this longer off-season does to improve her technique for 2020-2021.

Love the euler (?) as a transition into her Sal. I love how she can just pull a 3S out of nowhere. Even at her worst practice on bad boots at RusNats she still did a 3S3T out of nowhere

I really want to see a Loop-Eu-Sal combo! She can do the SalLoop so well already, and I feel like it’d kinda be funny if she could show she can do the reverse really well too!

The level 2 of the sit spin at Nationals indeed looks strange as visually the spin looks the same as at Rostelecom, where it was level 4

Yes, she is currently doing 3 shows per day and according to fans she wore her broken boots during the first show yesterday and then later wore the Risports for the other two shows yesterday. Her Risports are probably not completely broken in as it takes weeks, so it must be uncomfortable to skate three shows a day in new boots.

I don't understand why she she is skating on her broken boots ????
It is not safe for her, and, it also adds fuels to the gossip because she withdrew, but, is somehow is still staking on these broken boots.
I was confused on why she went for Risport's instead of her usual Edea boots. I'm concerned for her. I hope she wasn't jumping on them.

See my post above. She wore her old boots only for one show yesterday and also today. It is uncomfortable to skate in new boots for three shows a day so it is understandable that she wears her old ones for one show. Nothing to make drama about.
