Most people would have gone in the tank and quit by now and understandably so. Zhenya has guts galore.

On the one hand I really want a normal gala EX, but on the other hand I really would like to see a watered-down (without jumps) Alegria. I was really not on board with it, but it's grown on me so much! I really wanna see her have fun!

I want Alegria, too. Skip all of the jumps, it's still a magical program.

Zhenya said in the interview that they will maybe show something new. Also she wants to try one jump, even though her legs are still weak, but she is working on gaining her strength and muscles back.
Also Zhenya plans on skating in a New Years show (not known which one yet).
She said the gala at Nationals and the New Year ice shows are her current motivation for gaining her strength back.

Maybe just the salchow, that's her best and favorite jump.

I love Exogenesis , and that could be transformed into a show routine.

Tosca and Exogenesis are the ones I would love to see. I would really, really, really love to see her bring back W.E. or EL&IC for an exhibition skate as well. Screw it, I want to see them all again too

She does, but she’s a naturally thin person who was just in the hospital with covid and pneumonia for a month. It makes sense. She’s already discussed gaining her strength and muscles back, so I don’t think we necessarily should be commenting on her weight! It seems she’s aware and will be working on that. Keep in mind she hasn’t been training properly due to her health in months. In fact, she hasn’t had a normal training regimen since the beginning of the year. Let’s give her a chance to get her health back

It's so good to see her smiling again. She will regain her muscles. I'm happy that she's taking it slowly.
