TikTok to launch a campaign to support women on March 8
"On the eve of International Women's Day, TikTok kicks off an international #wearenear campaign. Its goal is to show how women can achieve success in a wide variety of areas. The platform also gives them the opportunity to tell their stories and inspire other women to new achievements.The platform will host a live broadcast, in which the curators of the project will take part: figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva, singer Monetochka and entrepreneur Alexandra Zharkova. They will share their success stories.
"It's important for women to support each other, and it's great that such a popular platform is launching a initiative that will help unite the women's community and empower them to speak up, share their stories and support each other. I'm thrilled to join the TikTok campaign as a curator, share my experiences in sports and beyond, and hopefully inspire the girls to new achievements." - Evgenia Medvedeva.
Each TikTok user can post a video with the hashtag #wearenear next to them and talk about their successes. It is these stories that will inspire and give impetus to those who are just starting to take steps towards their dreams. Monetochka, Alexandra Zharkova and Evgenia Medvedeva will watch the videos, choose the most interesting ones and record the video duets with the authors on TikTok. The platform will invite the brightest participants of the challenge to the talent development program.
On Monday, March 8, at 16:00 Moscow time, a special festive concert of the young singer from Kazakhstan Dequine will begin live on TikTok Live. Users will be able not only to see her performance, but also to find out the details of the initiative #wearenearby to be inspired for new achievements."

Zhenya is in Tula today. Averbukh has one of his ice shows for Ice Age there. It was a surprise. She was not announced for the show in Tula, only for the show on Sunday in Moscow. Averbukh apparently has done this before in 2017 were he invited Zhenya as a secret guest and her presence was only announced at the last second

I‘m not a fan of Nestle as a company but I do love these campaigns with Zhenya. Very lively, very bright. Now we also know why the Nocturne dress was chosen - it fits the colours of the advert.
I also love that she still skates to some of her old programs. I really liked Billie Eilish and Memoirs of a Geisha, so I‘m happy to see them in galas. Also, she can use the costumes again.
