Wishing Zhenya a belated happy birthday! Though I was busy on the day, I saw all the instagram photos and was thinking of her. It looks like she had such a good time with friends and family

I believe it is, the last performance was a while ago. Next we‘ll see Zhenya as Gerda in another Averbukh show sometime around Christmas, though I don‘t have the exact schedule.
Also, posting this because I found it really cool:
The singer of the song Zhenya and Danya skated to on Ice Age noted their performance and specially thanked them for it!
Also, Zhenya‘s reached 1.5 million followers on TikTok already, which is pretty major considering she reached the million mark barely a few weeks ago. I believe this makes her the most followed figure skater on TikTok, no? Either way, she‘s really doing well and I‘m very happy for her.

Then there was the Olympics, I got injured - jumps began to turn out badly in training, but at the competitions everything was still fine. A: Sometimes, of course, it manifests itself in a very strange way. Still, sport is an aspiration, stubbornness. And this stubbornness often hinders me, but sometimes it even helps in defending my own point of view.
Q: Your main support, support is your mother. Is she watching Ice Age?
A: Yes, my mother is present at rehearsals, on the set. The most interesting thing is that during my sports career she did not go with me. If the competition was not in Russia, it was just me and the coach.

A: Yes, in the "Ice Age" mom comes. Of course, this is interesting for her. Do not forget that this is primarily a show. There are separate elements of sports, sometimes quite complex ones. In general, I should note that the "Ice Age" has now reached such a high level ...

A: Yes, nowadays people who are not skaters or athletes are doing things that professionals have been studying for several years. And we can only envy their talent.
Q: One of the main intrigues - this season of "Ice Age" - how the star of single skating Evgeny Medvedeva will switch to pair skating. How did you manage it?

A: Yes, to be honest, I've always been afraid of that. But when I realized that I did not want to limit myself to single skating, I decided to prove myself in the show from the other side. My first partner was Sasha Embert, whom I simply asked: "Sasha, be a friend and teach me." We skated together in Ilya Averbukh's play Anna Karenina. This show was recently shown in Moscow, and before that three months in Sochi. A stunning performance ...

A: He is actually very strong. He looks maybe thin and fragile, but in fact he has a lot of strength.
Q: He's Romeo ... Musical number "Romeo and Juliet" [got] top marks from the judges and you are now the leaders of "Ice Age". What does this oblige, how do you perceive it?
A: Thank God that it does not oblige you to anything, our only responsibility is to have fun and prove ourselves. Dani still has potential, there are elements that we are working on and want to show in future episodes. In general, rehearsals are fun, great, so many new things happen, such a variety, it is never boring.
Q: Is the process more interesting than the result in the Ice Age? Do you like rehearsals?
