Hi guys! I have a dilemma where the first 30 min of my session I feel REALLY stiff in my boots and my legs. I'm working on my novice moves (silver skating skills) and I only have like 1-1:30 hours of ice time, so it really wastes a lot. I warm up before I go skating and do dynamics stretches and all, but I never feel really comfortable on the ice until I've done like 30-45 min, then I feel better to continue my session. It's kind of a waste tbh! Can someone recommend me some exercises (on and off ice) so that I feel more comfortable on the ice? For reference, I go skating 2x a week (with the occasional freestyle) and I have track practice on the days I don't go skating.
