Feel so stiff on the ice!!

Hi guys! I have a dilemma where the first 30 min of my session I feel REALLY stiff in my boots and my legs. I'm working on my novice moves (silver skating skills) and I only have like 1-1:30 hours of ice time, so it really wastes a lot. I warm up before I go skating and do dynamics stretches and all, but I never feel really comfortable on the ice until I've done like 30-45 min, then I feel better to continue my session. It's kind of a waste tbh! Can someone recommend me some exercises (on and off ice) so that I feel more comfortable on the ice? For reference, I go skating 2x a week (with the occasional freestyle) and I have track practice on the days I don't go skating.

Do you have any opportunity or space where you could roller skate on some of your days off the ice? I do that, and it keeps your legs used to the action of stroking so that it's second nature when you step on the ice. I've never done any track, but I would assume the posture and muscle movement would be quite different. Roller (either quad wheels like my skates or inline) is so similar, you won't have to adjust as much each time to the feel of boots and the bent knee gliding motion of skating.

I would do more intense warm ups before getting on// a lot of the times if I stretch before i feel too limber, so i like to do some jogs, grapevines back and forth and some small off ice jumps, i do some spiral stretches and practicing my landings and bending my knees a lot, because if my own knees are cold i cant do anything !
but I try to focus on getting my body almost to the point of sweating so it knows its working out.
while on the ice go around the rink 3 times, deep knee bends off the edges forward, then the same backward. you'll feel it in your thighs but that's what helps me get rid of my adrenaline rush if i haven't skated for a second.
and then stretch after cause your body will be warm ;3
hope this helps a little !
