It seems like Konga might get the Euros spot for Latvia? Based on the two top scores it seems she is ahead of Sofja after Nationals this week? When is selections done, and can Sofja still improve her score?

Sofija is still leading there. You can check the updates here; the page is in Latvian but Google translation, although a bit weird, is understandable. Scroll down to "Athlete rating in figure skating" and click plus
According to the code, final decisions about selections must be made by LSA Board meeting (but ratings matter, of course). LSA meeting should take place shortly before Christmas. But they are allowed to cancel the meeting if all members of the Board agree on a decision in written form. In either case, selections will be confirmed about that time.

I love the enthusiasm from the crowd!Uhm, how to say it politely... Deniss might hope to skate in front of a bigger crowd than that. But, even if small in numbers, the home crowd was indeed enthusiastic like no other crowd in the world. Well done everyone who came up and made some noise!
It's such a festive feeling around it. Possibly because, in this time of the year, the colors of Latvian flag in C&C somehow associate with Advent decorations and Santa's clothes... Never mind, it's just me

The closest thing I could find was this ERR article with a video in which the Estonian junior skater Maria Eliise Kaljuvere talks about her collaboration with Stephane Lambiel, who choreographed her program.The article easily translates by Google. In 2010, Tallinn hosted ISU European Figure Skating Championships for the first time. It was also historically the first time when this ISU championship was held in the Baltic states. Here is a reminder how it looked like result-wise:
