Figure Skating in Kazakhstan

@lariko Shaidorov is currently 3rd in the standings. There are only three skaters competing this weekend who can finish above him in the standings and one of those is Jason Brown who would need to win to place above Shaidorov: https://results.isu.org/events/gp2025/gpsmen.htm

Free so far went well for Shaidorov's chances. I hope the Fed helps Shaidorov as much as possible to have good prep for the Olympics.

Shaidorov is already qualified for the Grand Prix Final no matter what happens in Finland.

It's a low time for Team Kazakhstan, with Shaidorov struggling in GPF and Samodelkina in Zagreb. Here is to redemption skates!

I think Shaidorov had a redemption skate of sorts, so hopefully he improves from here on. And Samodelkina pulled forward to bronze, though far from her best scores. Keep calm and carry on, Kazakhstan!

Also, Kazakhstan was awarded 4CC, so wow. Things are happening for Kazakhstani figure skating.

Don't see anything on rink results or skating scores. I don't use any others.
I found the videos by chance.

Also - yay I did not know they now have a pairs team.

Yes, they're very new and only paired up a few months ago They made their competitive debut here and are on the entry list for JGP Xi'An.
