Actually this year double twizzle isn't necessary for levels 3/4. They changed that.Yes, they should have it in the first half of the element, since this is a necessery turn for level 3 or 4.

I'm just confused: where did those four minutes go?
Honestly, these stops bother me a LOT. It makes the element much easier, since it lessens the strain of the legs of skaters, and I'm ready to argue about its necessity from choreographic point of view. I hope they will not use it.
Al those little spins close to the ground were what impressed me most as well, their upper body quality of movement is out of this world.Best presto part ever, and coming out of nowhere, it completely me shocked me so I must have been immersed in the first movement without realizing it.
