Not knowingly (what I mean is when I moved, the washer & dryer was exposed, I had doors put on and the guy charged me $400, I thought afterwards that I was overcharged, maybe not, so I didn't have him do anything else for me)
very, very guilty (Scammers took my mom's money to fix her air conditioner. I remember looking at my sweet mom's face when she told me what they had done taking her money and said her AC was junk. She said I'm so stupid. I went after them with a vengeance and had their business closed down. I had tv coverage over the whole deal. I couldn't believe how many people came out and said they did the same to them. The reporters told them that I was going after those no-good for nothings. The other people said they were threatened if they said anything. The reporter told them I was going to get them for treating my mom the way they did.) Sorry but it was good to vent again.
Very, very guilty. Also think about insurance papers and other mail that you would normally deal with. I call the company and asked if they sent me a letter. It's so easy to make letters look official.
