I have to share my 2 cents here. I really don't think that he should get the spot. I, too, thinks he should retire. I can't believe that Russia thinks so little of their athletes that they would not give Maksim Kovtun what he worked for. Well, I guess what can I expect when they wouldn't let Alexei win Russian Nationals. I like Plushenko but "RETIRE" already. I never thought that Michelle should have gone to Torino either. I just didn't think that was a classy move at all. Ok, off my soapbox.

not guilty (I used to like Plushy until he behaved so arrogantly in the Vancouver Olympics. Personally, I felt Kovtun should have been chosen for the Olympic team.

Very Guilty - I rooting for Patrick but now I want Jeremy to win and I would like to see Xavier on the podium, I would love to see Jason do something as well.
