Isabeau Levito | Page 15 | Golden Skate

Isabeau Levito

Isabeau was all class and elegance, with some bubbliness thrown in as well, today. Kudos to her for continuing too improve. Overall she just never has a skate out of place, laying it down start to finish. I just love her programs and what she puts out there on the ice for us all to enjoy.

Whoo, her expression in the K&C! Girlfriend is tired of getting just-off-the-podium scores. I do wonder what her thoughts are about the future.

I just re-watched Isabeau's Worlds LP. What a lovely skate in spite of the mistakes! Mark Hanretty called her "the most elegant skater in the world" and I'm inclined to agree. She started to remind me of Peggy Fleming, which for me is no small thing.

Hoping she and her coaches can solve the issues that kept her off the podium at the Olympics and this year's Worlds. She truly deserves to be there.

All the very very best, Isabeau. Have a good rest over the summer; can't wait to see you next season!
:love4: :love3:

Well, she hasn’t had a rest yet with the non-stop Stars on Ice tour and some kind of injury from a random fall during a performance, I believe. Hopefully she will get a break before getting back to training and preparing her new programs for next season!

Benoit Richaud posted a sneak peak today from Peaks Ice Camp that Isabeau attended recently (held in Courmayeur, Italy) of her new free program he choreographed to Pirates of the Caribbean. Benoit also posted what appears to be an AI black and white photo of her in costume. It has to be AI because it very nearly matches another recent photo of her in Italy. I’ve posted both photos for comparison (the Pirates photo I colorized).
