Issues accessing GS main forum page

For me right now Brave is working on my IPad, but on my MacBook Pro still no browser works (same blank screen) no matter if I'm logged in or out.

It works on my Android phone (Samsung s24) with chrome but not on my win 11 PC with chrome. Also on PC the website is very slow

Can you clear your respective browser caches and see if that sorts it, please?

Very minor point, sadly I think we are still on Daylight Savings Time

I am one of three people in the US who doesn't like DST, so I am eagerly awaiting "fall back".

(And we're in a lot of different time zones as well. I'm in the Pacific zone. So 12:30 pm EST is....whichever direction the three hours' difference goes.)

I was looking forward to changing the clocks when I saw my calendar announcing autumn beginning next Monday. It was disappointing to learn the clocks don't change until November 2. My cat never did adjust to DST, and still tries to push me to serve meals an hour earlier than our usual schedule. When I do change back, he'll be thinking, "Well, finally! How long does it take to get through to her!"

I did but it didn't make it any better. Only helped for a few clicks

It's currently started again for me at around 12:30pm EST today.

It's been working fine out here on the Pacific, a couple of hours ago when I first signed in on Firefox, and just now (12:45 pm PST) on Chrome. And I obsessively clear browser caches every time I use my MacBook during the day.

It's been working fine out here on the Pacific, a couple of hours ago when I first signed in on Firefox, and just now (12:45 pm PST) on Chrome. And I obsessively clear browser caches every time I use my MacBook during the day.

I haven't had any issues since the fix was applied.

Everything seems fine on my end at this point, and I didn't tinker with cookies, caches and what not.

@surimi what are you clicking on exactly that creates a redirect? Is it a bookmark? And where does that redirect go? Off site or somewhere else on GS?

Is anyone else having problems with the forum today? My friend said she couldn't open anything at all yesterday evening and for me it's just very very slow today and I got a few "Website not available" errors but could go on after refershing a few times

We were tinkering with some of the security settings earlier to improve performance and you might've gotten caught in the middle. Should be OK now.
