We were tinkering with some of the security settings earlier to improve performance and you might've gotten caught in the middle. Should be OK now.

It's struggling this morning for me (still morning out on the Pacific coast). Every notification I clicked on ran and ran until it made it through, usually after one false start with an error message and then trying again. Last night it was just signing on that took several tries. I was starting to think the Northern Lights were messing it up .

Hello, I'm currently getting a blank page (without error messages) for the main Forum and its direct subforums (Edge, Office etc). The lower level forums and threads work fine. Time this occurred - IDK how long it's been going on, but I first noticed it at about 19:05 PM CET. Logged in, laptop, Chrome browser.

No problem for me, and I often do have slow loading. Not today.

So I keep having problems with this website. It works well in the morning but in the evening (German Time) it goes veeeeeery slow. Now I tried to use it with US VPN and it works fast as normal then. What can I do? Is it geoblocked or something?

The site isn't geoblocked- if it were, you wouldn't be able to connect at all.

This sounds like it might be a routing issue between your internet service provider (ISP) and our server during peak hours. In the evenings (European time), internet traffic is at its highest, and sometimes the path your connection takes to reach us can become congested or inefficient. When you use a US VPN, your traffic takes a completely different route to our server, which would explain why it works normally again.

Is it happening with other sites or just this one? What ISP are you both using?

Right now I don't use VPN and I don't have problems anymore. I use google chrome on my Windows 11 computer and android phone. The problem was only with this website with both computer and phone. All other websites including US websites worked fine and my ISP is German Telekom.
