OMG I know that guy who made the popup from Twitter!!!!! He is such a crazy (but fun) fan LOL!!! He put in a lot of effort for that, and I was looking forward to see the result of it, he did an awesome job!!! :agree: Wow love the clip of the dance battle!!!! thanx for finding it!! Now I GOTTA see the whole clip!!!!

Oh my gosh! Splits and cartwheels in the dance battle. He is hilarious!...The fan book is so wonderful. I'm sure he'll treasure that. Hopefully he'll post some photos of it when he has time.

Watching Florent I was all, that's amazing, how is Jason going to top that? Then he did the split and the rest is history :laugh2:

I forgot to add that it is also reported in his Canned Heat programme he did 4 Russian split jump in a row!!!! :eekn: Another thing I can't wait to see!!!! I just hope he won't get carried away and re-injure his back though!!!!

OMG! And his splits are to die for. But I kept thinking during the dance battle clip, "Jason, have fun, but not too much fun!" :rofl2: That exuberance of his just gets the better of him sometimes I think. But watch the back! Honestly, he should be declared a National Treasure!

And the report on the Russian splits: can Jason be channeling my beloved Toller? :cool2:

Toller does five Russian splits in an exhibition skate (at the end of the program) at about 4:17.

This "competition" is made for Jason; you go guy!:gclap:

I love his fan art. I was looking at the pop-up card again and noticed the labels on the cans are Jason's programs. :cool2:

I like Florent as well, though - I'd say that for the viewers, regardless of whom they are cheering for, it's a win-win situation.:)

Here's the translation - it's not word for word but is pretty close. There was one part that I played a couple times and couldn't get cos it was kinda garbled. This is Sochi Olympics stuff.

Ice Skater Surprises the World With His Routine (First part just talks about how the Sochi Olympic games are coming up)

All eyes are on a new, amazing / wonderful American skater. There is a 19 year old who has become a U.S. star, leaving the whole world with their mouths open (whole world amazed) with his routine. (Then they show clips from his skate) At the end of the routine, he received a standing ovation from everyone in attendance. After 4 days, his video went viral with more than two million views. He showed talent for the sport at the age of 3 and his parents signed him up for skating classes in Chicago.
