I went back to look at the 2014 Olys because I wanted to see Dennis Ten. I had totally forgotten that Jason skated in the last group in the Men's and actually closed the Olympic Free Program. I had somehow also forgotten how AWESOME a program Wheel Around the Sun was. I would love to see Sexy Adult Jason and his much improved jumping technique skate that program now. What a wonder that would be!!

I've wanted to see a competition worthy version of that one also, but he's moved forward! I was a total nervous wreck watching that performance. And apparently he was pretty nervous skating it. But 8 years later, Jason has prevailed! I am so proud of him and happy for him. He's come a long, long way!

A video promo for Ralph Lauren on the Director's IG. Jason speaks and is seen in a small part of video, but I am posting because this really shows the professionalism of the ad campaign. This promo was a tiny movie, with gaffers, key grips, and stylists, hair and make-up. I love gaffers and key grips listed in movie credits, even if I am no idea what they are. 
No wonder he is so good at looking serious and pensive, (and yes, I know he would do a great job with that anyway)

When I saw that, I was wondering: Jason can't be showing us a video of some random guy falling, can he? And it looks like it's from a home security cam, so how else would he get it?
But that did not look good. At all. I guess it's a good thing they teach skaters how to fall.

That's him! That is one scary video! I hope that there was enough snow to cushion the fall! It looked like he hit the edge of the step. Assuming that he's ok, or he wouldn't have posted it. He should restrict his on ice experiences to the rink right now.

The consensus from social media (the security cam is blurry, so I can't tell) is that structure at the bottom of the stairs is a hot tub.
