I did not like when Jason said:
“You did a triple Lutz-triple Axel-triple toe at the end of your program, and I did a knee slide and could barely stand up to do the flip,”
He stood up in an instant and he doesn't have to put himself down like that to emphasize other skater's strength or superiority in a particular area. Jason always felt bad for not having quads with all the criticism and he also felt bad that he took Illia's place at the Olympics according to critics and haters, and, as a Jason fan, over the years, I had a feeling he struggles with something similar to imposter syndrome. All these times when he was above other skaters and got criticized and told to go do shows I think got to him. He deserves every achievement and what he does is the hardest. If not, every top skater would do it, and they don't. Of course, there are a couple who relatively come close, but that's about it.
