By the way, I think this interview of Javi from this January is really good (this was recorded before European Champs 2015)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AjoPY0Nbj-g
The translation is this:
-"I am afraid that life would be too short. Why? Because I like it, I like it and I enjoy each moment, not because I'm good at something, but because I like to enjoy with my friends, I enjoy doind what I do. I always try to look to the most positive aspects of everything. It's what I like to do"
-"Recently, I have begun a relationship with Miki Ando, a two-times world champion Japanese skater. It has been very recent, the truth is that we have some dificulties as she lives in Japan and I live in Toronto, but we will be seeing each other very often and I must admit that...yes, I'm in love" ( he seems SO in love
-"It has happened to me that someone asked me to sign the body of a person, of a girl. She told me that if I could sign....(haha he's embarrassed) her breasts, for example. And...where did this happen to me? In Russia (he repeats this twice)"
-"I take two pieces (I don't know whether this is correct) of lemon, just before competing, but it is not a mania, is something (I do) because I need it. Why do I need it? Because when I'm about doing the program, as skating has speed and the nerves we have...., by some reason my mouth is completely dry and my throat too, then the lemon, as it is very strong, makes that both of them do not dry so much, as they are producing saliva more time"
-"When you see the people that its cheering up as you are doing your coreogrphies, your programs, or that they begin to clap at the middle of the program, or they are following a rhythm, this means that they are enjoying it, whatever you do, they enjoy because they are having a great time"
-"If I was offered to change country representation, I will always say no. And why? Because I do this for me and for my country, so that my country can be proud of me. I have ive here, I was born here and I have everything here (I suppose he's talking about his family). I would never be able to change to another country even if they made things more convenient or they offered more money, for me the most important thing is to achieve that my country is proud of me too."
-"When I won my first Eruopean Championship, because I would NEVER forget this, the Real Madrid football club got in contact with me, because they wanted to invite me to see a football match played by Real Madrid. But not just a normal match...., they invited me to see a "classic" (I'm not a superfan of football, but I think this is when two great Spanish football teams play a match, such as Real Madrid vs. Barcelona, or Real Madrid vs. Athletic of Madrid). And they told me that they invited me for seeing the match from a box seat (I don't know if it said like this). When we arrived there, we were informed by our guide that he was going to take us to the changing room, so that he could take us a photo with all the team members of Real Madrid. So we waited for each football player to come out from the changing room, they took pictures, they signed my a football T-shirt, the T-shirt I chose, and afterwards they sent me an album of Real Madrid to my home with all the photos that we're taken by the photographer."
-"I have learned to not being afraid of falling, never, because when you fall, as in life, you have to raise again by yourself, and in the skating it is exactly the same. You fall, you raise, you hurt yourself, you endure, you have to try it again, because, if not, things don't get ahead, but this can be applied to everything"
Well I hope you enjoy it!!

"How funny is this video @skateraya sent to me? can't stop laughing!"
I'm afraid I have the same problem![]()

He said “I wasn’t crying”, hehehehehe, he was like “I wasn’t crying”, but he was crying, right? Like he just said that because he didn’t want me to think like he was crying. He was really emotional, he had emotions at that moment, because he saw me, all the training I’ve been doing, in the Grand Prix Final he knew it was really special for me in Barcelona, and he was happy, he was happy. He was second, I am pretty sure he wanted to be first, but still he was happy for me, because he knows me really well, and he knows I’ve been training really hard as him.

:Javi is listed to appear at the WTT Gala! Nice to see a bit more of him since he won't take part in the event ^^
i am glad they invited him, we can see another Yuzuvier moment like in GPF!
Javier Raya posted videos of world championships, i guess he was commentator for spanish tv? he posted for all 4 days but here are the ones including Javier (and Yuzuru), Day 3(SP), Day 4(FP), i hope our wonderful Spanish users can help with translations:

Yeah he was a commentator for the Spanish broadcasting, if you watch the videos with the Spanish commentators, the male's voice is his. He made some pretty funny remarks like saying Liza gets higher TES in her SP than him.![]()
we as spactators think about all the time when comparing top skaters to others but its nice to see him to talk and joke about it
