Such a cute clip, thank you evergreen! Javi so such an authentic and funny guy, it's part of his charm

I agree with everyone regarding the importance of Brian, Tracy and David and everyone at the Cricket Club and the great work they've been doing. Javi is obviously very talented, but he is also very fortunate.
I remember reading that Brian was really hurt when Yuna and then Adam left, and I recall an interview a couple of years later in which Brian said because of what happened with Yuna and Adam, "I will no longer let myself get emotionally involved" when working with his skaters. I'm not sure whether this kind of wound will ever be fully healed, but I do hope he can have many skaters who truly trust him.
I still get confused about the rules for green room. Are coaches usually allowed in there? It seemed Brian was the only one there at Euros 2015 (which was a very nice thing for Brian to do). I also saw photos of the coach of Meagan and Eric in the green room at this year's worlds. But we've also seen a lot of skaters there without their coaches.
Oh and thank you evergreen for uploading this lovely video.
But Brian is usually there, he was in Words last year and this one, and in Euros tooHaving watched TSL's recent interview to David Wilson, I recalled that PJ Kwong interviewed DW prior to Sochi, focusing on his choreography for the three OGM contenders for the men's event, namely, Pchiddy, Yuzuru & Javi. I like it especially since just thinking about Javi also puts a smile on my face.
And him struggling with the Spanish message in the clip you linked to earlier is so hilarious.
He must be a really fun person to be around lol.
)Somebody know anything about the shirt he's speaking about?

Not much that we don't already know, except:
1) Javi loves "Guys and Dolls" and skating this program in the summer shows is kind of a good way to say goodbye to it. (It's expected, I guess, but I'm a little sad since it is a really, really awesome program.)
2) He was excited to choose "Danny Boy" because "it’s one of my coach’s favourite songs".
It may not be that easy to find in the west but it's certainly tasty.Isn't he just speaking about shirts they are both wearing in the photo? The shirts have JFTeam logo and Javi use tag 'JFTeam' very often lately.
No, looks like some people bought it, in other colors too. It means Javier Fernandez Team, and if you put #JFT brings you to his page, but can't find anything about the shirts
I heard from some resources that Javi has opened his own skating school/camp in Madrid, may be JFTeam stands for the name of the camp?Again, this need to be confirmed.
Javi likes green tea ice cream! It may not be that easy to find in the west but it's certainly tasty.
Thank you for posting the interview!

In Toronto they sell them at Chinese supermarkets which are plenty, I'm sure he doesn't have any trouble finding any, I know because I am an addict too and I can always find some when I want it :agree: .
plus, can skaters have ice cream during the season? May be in Javi's case, he does not care for diet and has whatever he likes. But Brian usually prepares nutrition shake and energy bar for Javi if he looks pale & sleepy when he arrives in the rink for the morning practices. And maybe the JFTeam thing is going to be like Ronaldo's CR7 thing, maybe it's like a brand thing for stuff related to him.
In the TSL interview last year Javi admitted that he likes green tea ice cream. He then said it's all Miki's fault.(And Miki rolled her eyes

I'm not sure if this is Javi's attempt at winking at the camera...![]()
hwell:Yes, there are various Asian supermarkets in Toronto where you can find Japanese favor of green tea & red bean ice cream, but I am wondering whether Javi can get there by his bikeplus, can skaters have ice cream during the season? this make sense. In his recent interview, Javi mentioned that he intends to set up a company/high performance center in Spain helping skaters to move on after retiring from competitive career.

... Does this still happen sometimes or was it during Javi's early years in Toronto?
I've known coaches (of other sports) who would be driven completely crazy by someone like him and just start banging their own heads against the wall.
Guess what, I watched the movie Guys & Dolls on my cross-pacific flight todayit was entertaining & funny, DW is indeed a genius to put together such a masterpiece. But Javi' s 4 1/2 minutes performance at worlds is more glamours :luv17:
I didn't know Brian had to do that... Does this still happen sometimes or was it during Javi's early years in Toronto?.
Javi, Javi... He's very fortunate that he is a likable human being and he is with coaches who are able to deal with this.I've known coaches (of other sports) who would be driven completely crazy by someone like him and just start banging their own heads against the wall.
