Judging at the European Championships?

I know they aren't using the CoP at the Europeans and are using the 6.0 system instead, but does anyone know if the 6.0 system is the modified one they introduced after the Olympics, where you have 9 or 10 judges, but a computer randomly chooses 7 for the marks?

I was under the impression, from what someone else said in another forum, that it was the "anonymous" 6.0 judging system. I couldn't swear to it though, since I'm just going by what I've been reading...

Yes. It's the "interim" system for Europeans and Worlds. The one that has annonymous judges picked by the computer and no paired marks. All the marks are listed in ascending order.

The old 6.0 system was used at US Nationals. Which one do other countries use?

The judging has been really strange!!! Way too wild differences in the scores and placements by various judges. I believe those judges will hear comments about their judging later, but that is too late for the skaters in this event!!! I think though that the winners have been right so far. Even in men´s short programme (I understand from our commentators that Joubert did a slight mistake in one of his spins).
