Yes, yes, and yes. It's very irritating and I debated calling IN about it but decided against it because their customer service is in India and I doubt they could do anything about it.
I just don't understand why some skaters think a neon colored dress is a good idea.

My thoughts exactly. I don't think a color like that is tasteful at all D:
But I guess it's up to whatever the skater likes in the end...
I think Amanda's dress is very tasteful, though, it's reminiscent of the night sky or deep ocean~~~

Christina Gao ("Liza's Dance") another nice navy blue dress but with pink accents, very age-appropriate

I remember that. She has come a long way!
OMG, Christina Gao is a Caroline look-alike! She looks like Caroline (smiles like Caroline, sounds like Caroline, and resembles Caroline in her manners as well), spins like her (fast, centered spins, good layback, including a pearl-like position), holds her spiral in very stretched positions like her, lacks speed and power like her (actually, a bit worse than Caroline), and even jumps a bit like her (very little speed going into the 2A).

I think her jump technique and height is much better than Zhang's. She is 14 years old according to the commentator. By the way, who is this new lady commentator? She is so much better than Nancy Kerrigan. Voice is sweeter, much more knowlegable as well.

Nice skating from the top four. A lot of upcoming talent on their way to seniors.
She has a bit more height than Caroline on the 3Z, and no mule-kick, but she flutzes like Caroline. And she went into the 2A very slowly, trying to spin around herself than straight across the ice, also Caroline's problems. The 3T-2T combo was good, but Caroline's 3T is pretty good, too (from back when she did solo 3T's before she included a 3F-3T in her program), and Caroline has good 2T as part of her combos (e.g. she does the 3R-2T-2R very well).
But really, she laughs and talks like Caroline, and has, as you said, similar facial features as Caroline. It's really remarkable! They could easily be sisters. Even before I saw her face in the K&C, I was looking at the way she was skating that she resembles Caroline a lot, especially in the spins -- maybe she watches a lot of Caroline's performances or something, or maybe they are naturally similar, like their faces!

Tonia Kwiatkowski was a perennail also ran in the days of Kristi Yamaguchi and Tonya Harding. She was coached by Carol Heiss and was going to college AFAIR.She kept competing a long long time, She managed a silver in 1996 at Nationals.
In the day, she competed from Cleveland, so apparently she is local talent from the IN point of view.

Yeah, agreed. I like her commentary a lot. Just her voice being more pleasant is a big plus. In her comments, she's just much more diplomatic and ... kind than Nancy was. Plus, she knows her material a lot better, and apparently she can watch, think, and talk all at once, which Nancy really seemed to flounder at.
Is Nancy commentating at all? She must have given birth recently, right?

Having lots of trouble with IN right now, sometimes I wonder why I bothered buying the subscription as they never seem to be able to get through an event without multiple problems.
