Kaetlyn Osmond

Great article by Bev with full explanation. I liked the look of Summertime, and also had so many fond memories of Piaf. I am good either way, but if KO feels that Piaf is a best fit, Go For It! I know there were many fans mourning the loss of her Edith sp, - they will be pleased.

Christmas just came early, for some. ;)

someone suggested in the comments that she should all along have kept piaf for short and do summertime for long... no offense to her swan which is great too... but i would have liked that too.... :) but in the end, the real deal is what Ravi Walia says : learning a new SP put some distance with Piaf and it doesn't feel stale for her that way.... so that's great... on top of that, if ever Kaetlyn hadn't learned an EX program yet, summertime would be glorious at any gala.

This makes me very happy. I really disliked summertime.... and loved the edith piaf... :agree:

It's so quiet in here.... anyway, I'm really proud of Kaetlyn she had a strong debut at ACI. The freak fall was such a shocker, and such a typical Kaetlyn thing as well TBH, but I'm glad it didn't affect her too much.

Her jumps seems so high and effortles they have to give her +6GOE everytime she jump, and sometimes even when she's not jumping.

So ashamed of me.

But I LOVE you VB for coming to her defense the last 24, misspelled or not. Thank you!

And Mr. ummm, 4everchan, YOU actually met her this weekend, an event you had not even planned on attending?
So jealous here. :gaah: Okay, you have taken my heart out, would you also like a lung? Watch out, as lawn darts are being tossed your way from Halifax, so don't forget to....duck! ;)

^^ Doing the right thing is never easy but always an admirable trait, Violet Bliss., I appreciate any poster willing to do the same when others are disrespectful, using a country of origin as a basis for their 'hate'.

Insecurity.

The more difficult part of doing the right thing is probably not reacting to negative with negative. Kaetlyn provides enough positives for me to stay with. She's such an admirable young lady.

Oh, I've had years of experience dealing with all the aggression against Patrick. :)

I have seen Kaetlyn 2 times at national championships competition, number of times performing in SOI and met her in person. I can tell you one thing is that Kaetlyn is a very lovely, pleasant, beautiful young lady. :love: She looks smaller in person than she appears on TV or the images on Pictures. :laugh:

Go Kaetlyn!!!! :luv17::luv17::luv17:
