Exactly, because arguing for it being unintentional or the result of consuming a contaminated product are not
legitimate legal arguments in situations like these if you're attempting to reinstate the athlete back immediately,
sadly even if it's 100% the truth which kinda sucks, but if an argument like that could be made then everyone
could make it and it is impossible to dispute or prove.
Any athlete who find themselves in say the top 20-30 people in their sport internationally should mind
carefully what they put into their bodies, and if they are taking special medications for unconventional
conditions then they should always report them from the get go, because there just is no way to insert
an athlete back straight away if an illegal substance was found in their body without compromising
the integrity of the sport, there has to be at least a cooling period, even if you avoid any charges.
