Now, the preparation for Nebelhorn begins I guess... Hoping he wins it this time.Actually, he has two other events before Nebelhorn! He'll be competing at the All-Osaka Championship on 25-26 Aug (it's a free skate only competition), and then there's the other leg of One Piece on Ice on 2-3 September in Nagoya. So busy!I admit I don't know a thing about the anime or manga OnePiece portrayed, but I'm impressed Kazuki managed to jump anything, still less 3A, in that costumeNow, the preparation for Nebelhorn begins I guess... Hoping he wins it this time.
Meanwhile, a new Mainichi article will be published today at 7pm Japan time:
Haha some Clark Kent/Superman dualityquite unfamiliar without the glasses (on ice it's a different story)

Samsonite Japan sent him some really cool gifts! I'm always happy when I see brands wanting to associate themselves with Kazuki. Samsonite had already sent him gifts last year, but that was after he used a Samsonite suitcase in his EX Bills at Worlds 2022. I'm pleasantly surprised they sent him a new set this year!
He also posted this IG story, we can see the sword he used during the show!
Finally, here's his Mainichi article (behind a paywall as usual): https://mainichi.jp/articles/20230812/k00/00m/050/091000c
This is still part of the series about his skating shoes!
Yeah, partlyHaha some Clark Kent/Superman duality![]()

Sadly, I don't have a subscription to Mainichi so I can't access itIf you have summary of the Mainichi article, I should like it.

Sorry to beat you to this in this thread, Kirara, but I really liked the photo:
Kazuki's energy never seems to drain, does it?
I wonder what center the photo is taken at? It looks a bit like Howa to me, but then, I imagine multiple rinks in Japan look alike.
