Here's the schedule with the timezone chart for Nebelhorn! Kazuki should be travelling either today or tomorrow :pray:


Realistically, I'm not expecting clean skates because it's still early in the season, but I hope he can improve on last year's results and podiums!
 
I know Kazuki's been a busy boy with shows until recently, but perhaps he'll surprise us, and get 🥈 or 🥇 ! He absolutely has the skills, so if he's rested and tuned in, he can win this. I hope he has a safe journey, and does well. I'm really looking forward to his programs. I may catch his SP, depending on his skating order. I'm going to be busy starting 3 PM, and the event ends at 3.15, so it'll be close, especially if there are delays... :pray: Same for Friday, though I expect Kazuki to be among the top 3, so not that big of a chance for me to watch him live.

It's a mature programme with a quiet tune. Your facial expressions are not only lively, but also nuanced.
The jumps you were flying outside of the song were beautiful, with soft landing ice.

He does his best! Rugged look is apparently all the rage on the ice, at least between the two remaining competitive onsen buddies :)

I'm not happy to learn the stream is paid. Like you, I won't watch live, then, as it's just not worth it when I can't even see the whole event due to work schedule. Perhaps they're counting on the Japanese fandom to pay up to see Kazuki and Koshiro (and for folk to pay up to watch ID where there are a number of great couples). I hope they make at least replays available for free.

Good luck, Kazuki! 🍀 Wouldn't it be awesome if he started the season with a gold medal, but hey, no pressure... 📿

Well, some things don't change: for the 1038485758595th time in his career, he was underscored and robbed 🤬 Judges were extremely stingy with PCS and GOE. Justice for that gorgeous 3A with transitions in and out, deserved a lot more 😭

However, some things do change, and honestly in all my years following Kazuki, I've never seen him so sharp, so early in the season. Which is astonishing considering how busy he's been this off-season! Does that mean he'll get even better as the season progresses and he settles into the programme? I can't even imagine 🤯

He skates his free today at 2:22pm German time, I won't be watching live but hopefully someone will post the video. I simply cannot wait to see Halston in it's full glory, in a proper rink and with its costume. I'm not expecting a clean skate (that would be too much), but hopefully he'll do enough to remain on the podium :pray:

I will refrain from bad language...Doubled one quad..everything else was gorgeous.. I like French Adam..but..IMHO he was over scored..Siao Him Fa FRA 184.40 FS, 279.57 1st! (music by Max Richter, choreo. by Benoit Richaud): 4Lz nice! 4T+3T, 3A+2A opened up in air/fell out, 4S hung on, 4T fell out, 3A, 3Lz+1Eu+3S. I will study scores when they go up..
 
Congratulations on his silver medal. Loved the new program. There's something intoxicating about the stillness of the piano music. Such a different style for him! Liked the classy elegance of the costume too, although maybe not those loose pieces of material. He's already in a great place with this considering how early it is in the season.
 
Now I can also say something as I did not engage with any program(bits) of any skater really over the summer other than a title here or there.

I really like the costumes and the programs and the "other side" that he's showing. And phew, he's really in early shape jump-wise. I hope that relaxes him a bit in GP preparation.

The free is soooo special and captivating! The music is just accompaning him in his movements and underlining his aura. That's gonna be mesmerizing when he can show it on a big stage later in the season and hopefully close to maximum ability/score.

Can't wait! 🙈
