I think because she's still growing and is all legs that she's still adjusting to her height. As long as she doesn't lose her jumps she will be fine. I just hope she doesn't get too tall.

If you look at her ISU bio, it says she is 164 cm, so about 5'4.5", her icenetwork bio says she is 5'4". I think these listings are pretty accurate because in icenetwork pictures of the podium, she only looks a couple of inches taller than Mariah Bell who is listed as 157 cm/5'2". Polina is long limbed and also very thin making her appear taller, but at 15, one would hope her current height means she will not surpass 5'7" fully grown (which is good, because there are a number of 5'7" ladies these days doing well on the international senior stage). Also, her mom is one of her coaches and Polina appears to be taller than her already, so maybe she doesn't have the genetics to be super tall.

She uses a lot of upper body in her jumps which is what is throwing her center of rotation off and causing her landings to be off. Jumps should come from core and legs, not upper body. The one Lutz, she was leaning SOOOO far back that she was lucky she didn't whack her head. The jumps she rotated WERE clean, though
