They were playing Sweet Caroline while Kanako was waiting for her scores....a hint to the judges perhaps???
 
Well, USFS did seem to get it right with the decision to pass over Alissa (who IMO needed a break and a rest before Worlds) and send Caroline to 4CC instead. Makes up somewhat for the Ricky-Armin kerfuffle.
 
What is up with Mao's 3Loop this season? It used to be one of the best in the World and now it's barely rotated and scratchy.
