Looking for a song

I am a complete zero in music, and what I need is an English song that basically asserts that love is worth it and will eventually win despite many, many heartbreaks; we must soar and have faith in love, etc, in that sweeping Celine Dion kind of fashion. As popular as possible, so people at large can easily recall it from the title alone. Not a break up or 'i'll love you forever', not 'I'll survive' kinda theme. Comparable in theme to a non-English title 'They shoot us down, We soar' in Russian.

You probably want a popular song much more recent than this, but "Hello, Young Lovers" from The King and I fits that theme. (I've never heard or heard of that Russian song, so I can't compare them.)

Edit: Another appropriate older one from a musical would be "Somewhere" from West Side Story.
