Does bigger refer to length? She certainly does not fulfill the very good height criteria in the bullet points for GOE.
There's no definition of what "very good height" means and regardless those guidelines are heavily flawed. The amount of amplitude a jump has is not a binary "yes/no" property, there are many varying amounts, and good judging will separate jumps on that quality. Mona's 3F-3T objectively deserves a better score for amplitude than Amber's.

I thank you for your view on the height and length issue. I was simply giving my opinion that Mone does not jump very high in absolute terms compared to many girls, nor is her height in proportion to her length very impressive. She relies primarily on very fast rotation speed and turning her pick foot to almost the quarter at time of picking. These techniques don't really lend themselves to great height. They do however lead to length and flow, especially in combo, which is valuable. . So, this is more an observation than criticism. I agree with the point you bring up about lack of definition of terms in the rules. Almost as if it's on purpose. Lol The reality for Mone is that she doesn't need height or length to get across the board 3's on jumps anyway. And personally, I can't stand Amber's jump technique, other than the 3A, so can I understand your preference for Mone.

These tech panels and judges are really going to need to do a better job with jumps reviews and fair calls at the Olympics. This is really unacceptable!
The calibre of judging panels in this support does not exactly continue to build, strengthen or inspire when it comes to accuracy, insight and fairness. Raises valid questions regarding the future of the sport, but I suppose this is a perennial issue. Will be interesting to see if the return of Russia's federation will add turbulence or in contrast, strengthen expertise across panels (?), when that inevitably occurs.
