I've been trying to improve from a 1A to a 2A for a while now. I can't tell if I'm getting better or if my off-ice jump workouts are working. Greatly appreciate all advice. Does anyone know of any apps or websites that are able to provide metrics like jump height and air time from videos? Or any type of data about my jumps, I want to know if I am in a plateau?

Trust your coach, not videos off the internet! What does she or he say? (And if you're not getting the help you need there, then look for a new coach.) Knowing your jump height won't make much difference. Some skaters naturally jump up, some jump out, like the difference between high and long jumpers in track events.

Trust me when I say you do not need to research biometrics and height etc.. your good technique will make you do it. An aligned body going into the jump and proper take off will vault you into it. Everyone has different heights and speeds into jumps. You definitely need a coach to help you with that. If you’re doing it yourself.. I guess all you can do it video yourself and attempt to make corrections. I’m pretty decent at telling you what you need to do if you show me.
