Maiia's free skate, she's improving her level of interpretation quickly. Winning the 5th place in such tense field is grat achievemnt for her. In the moment she will finally master her quad and become more stable she can be truly serious comúpetitor even for the best:

She needs confidence. Hopefully the Nationals 5th place will help in that department. I hope she competes in one of the February events and lands it.

Well you don't know the percentage of her successful attempts at trainings... I assume..
I had a feeling she will land the quad at Nationals, well that feeling was wrong. But she will do it one day!

In an interview one or two months ago she said her success rate on Quads (Salchow at that time) in training is 33%
