I don't think so. According to the very jump manual you recommended, you can find, for example,
"Most male skaters on the other hand still perform the jump by planting the toe pick solidly into the ice and opening their hips through the take-off. Their toe pick does not turn on the ice...there are a handful of very athletic female skaters that also perform a triple flip the way most men perform it..."
Please read the manual again. The fact that YOU cannot do it does not mean that nobody can do it.
At least half of the skaters (i.e., most of the male skaters plus some female skaters) still do the jumps following the rulebook. Their hard work should be rewarded rather than being discouraged.

You're not the first one to come to this board to kindly explain the misinformed folks (like myself) how it's ought to be done, I'm afraid.
In the past two months, I've learned that a triple is in fact always a double, and that a lip isn't really a lip if it's preceded by a three turn, even if it looks like one. I'm also educated in unbelievably deep edges and know now that they are a sign of skating supremacy.
Not that I mind.

About working with Mao Asada : It is not easy to work together with anyone. If you work to train the most powerful – you should take on your own shoulders too much more. To work with Mao even doubles by far such difficulty, because she have grown much taller and continues growing up still, … in an article.

I'm not sure if anyone posted this video, but it seems to go with the theme of this thread... it's about Mao's jumps (two-foot landings, under-rotations, etc. and the judges scores for the jumps).
Persoanlly, I'm not worried about Mao's jumps right now. We've only seen her skate once so far this season, and her first showing is usually her worst. Mao reminds me a bit of Sasha, except her fluctuations and inconsistencies aren't quite as noticable podium-wise.
Even if Mao fairs poorly this season, there have been plenty of updates on how she has been working on taking off the right edge for her Lutz, etc. If she doesn't pull it together this season (she seems to be experimenting a bit and coming out of her comfort zone), I'd venture to say next season, after an additional year of practice with her new techniques, she will have a very good showing.

According to the results on SP in 2008 NHK Trophy, Asada MAO'S Jump can be redefined in substance as follows:
1. Prerotaion with the turn more than 1/2.
2. Underotation.
3. Two-footed landing.
4. Flutz, which guarantees at least +GEO 0.60 without ‘i’ mark.
5. Popping 3-3 into 3-2 or 3-1 due to overrotation.

Thank you very much for your kind advice ! But sorry, I do want to apply only GEO and 'i', not GOE and '!' to such case! If Mao get +GOE by some proper Lutz, yes, it's GOE and '!', but in that case it should be nothing more than just GEO,OEG or EGO...and how about '?' as you like.

Please, You should take it easy! Mao should get the points more than 140 on LP today! She should go to the GPF! If she can't, the GPF in korea will be sure to be awfully boring ! Then, korean people can investigate every her Jumps' detail with their own camera angles - maybe more than 5000 cameras! It's really great! Please, let Mao prove herself against YOU! O.K.?

Yes, of course, it's true! Mao has already erased any LUTZ on her jump configurations for her LP today! She is a very wise girl. She want to try her LP today without any Lutz to see what can happen in GPF. Let's cloes off every tread about her LUTZ! It's of no use any more! If she can succeed in two 3A's, then the poor judges have nothing to do with her FLUTZ and then YOU too!
But Mao has got 191.13 points with two 3A’s and without even ‘!’ on her flutz, on the other hand Yuna has got 191.75 points with ‘e’ on her flip and without any 3A! Never mind of Yuna’s points-193.45 in the Skate America! Is it Time for Mao to try three 3A's or two 3A+Quad?

^ It is strange when Mao and Yuna's scores are compared and Mao always seems to come up second. They are both great jumpers, spinners and have great footwork and spirals. Maybe Yuna's spins have a higher base value? But Mao seems to have better footwork. Of course, it's difficult to compare two competitions. I'm hoping both do their best at the final, then we'll be able to see how the judges score them.
Yes, surely IMO. Tarasova and Mao have to decide to try three 3A's or two 3A+Quad. Mao loves only to challenge further, maybe even HEX !
