I am not sure he knows what happened. He just said the whole event was "anything that could go wrong did go wrong" he actually called it comical. He stepped on the plastic and it melted and they could not get it off. He said it was the "weirdest craziest" event he has done but is sorta glad as it gave him a lot of distractions to work through... no one followed up, not sure he knows much more.

He brought up Phil a lot actually.

I knew you would be sad at that, i was too. Max really is just a sweetie pie and it is so sad to hear him sad. I think you need to scream out "I love your engine" during his skate at worlds to make him feel loved.

Pretty sure Phillip said on the TSL interview that he does expect Max Nutcracker to happen as that is what Max wants.

I'm definitely planning on staying for the next group and I will be sure to cheer for Brendan as well. I'm looking forward to watching Yuzuru also but want to make sure Brendan doesn't get overlooked. Basically I want to cheer for all of the men because I don't think there's a single one I don't like.

I am not sure what the crowds problem with Max is but I hate that . The American audience should cheer for all of the American participants. Any other country would.

I confess that I still have not seen Max's SP. Was busy with something else during the live streaming, and have been apprehensive about seeing/hearing via video what happened not with Max's skating (b/c I know he did his best in the moment), but with the crowd response.

Sending him lots of good wishes for a clean skate in the free :yay:.

If your home country crowd does not really cheer for you when you are introduced, how demotivating and depressing it must be.
