Sandhu's Short marks

Hi.
I'm am new to the forum so please forgive if I'm fumbling around trying to figure out how to post on this forum .

I'm not a technical expert when it comes to skating. So I thought I'd ask you my question. Why did Sandhu get the marks that he did for the technical part of his short program? I thought anything under 5.0 was harsh. But I'd like to know from a technical standpoint how he could even get a 4.2.
