Thanks for posting the start order golden411. I only have to get up 30 minutes early  to watch the men! Funny, isn't it, Tonichelle will still be up and I will be getting up to watch the same competition and we are both in the U. S.

Go Nobu! Go Takahito!! GOoooo Dai!!! :yay::party::party2:
AAaaand go Kontantin!!! Konstantin surely is goona get big cheers from the ENTIRE audience who remembers his very very unfortunate falls during his WTT free skate!

And it is very interesting what can Eteri Tutberidze (coach of young Lipnitskaia, Medvedeva, Pitkeev) do with mature man Voronov.

 you get up wicked early!

I find it impossible not to have a huge soft spot for Menshov. His skating is a little rough around the edges but his team comes up with creative programs and I have to admire his tenacity, not giving up despite his 'old age' and being off the Euros/Worlds team for the majority of his skating career. His coach sounds like a really lovely guy as well.

I really enjoyed Menshov live at Skate America last year! I was skeptical about seeing a Pina program so soon after S/S, but I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. His quads are quite lovely when done well.

For those of you who want to compare scores (w/ the caveat of different tech panel, etc.) here's the the TES for those who skated earlier in the GP series:

Rippon: 43.23
Menshov: N/A
Aaron: 41.37
Abbott: 35.30
---
Voronov: N/A
Oda: 43.61
Mura: 38.56
Fernandez: N/A
Takahashi: 35.84

Getting excited!!!!!!!

Voronov has had a good season so far. Silver at Finlandia Trophy, Gold at Ice Star. He seems to be in good shape.

I hope his programs will be more interesting than last season as well, given he's been freed from Morozov (not like they could get any worse, really ;P).
