A 13 year old seeing a nude picture is absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. Before any kind of media existed in humanity, people were surely flashing each other out in the woods, at all kinds of ages, not to mention public bathing.

A teenager seeing nude people in a locker room or even finding pornography on the internet is very different than an adult sending a teenager naked pictures of himself. It is inappropriately sexualizing a real-life relationship, and a teenager shouldn't have to prove trauma for adults to know better.
