Good for Valieva, Frolova and Muravyeva, but everybody else seemed to struggle. I’m kind of confused by what this competition is though, wasn’t there a qualification two weeks ago? Or was that for younger age?

Anyways, I’m sure Dasha will pull it together for the free.

Samodelkina and Akatieva can't qualify to the final, i'm right ?
Yes.

But it is opportunity for them to skate Junior programs. All competitions before they skated as 1st grade. And it is useful for next season when they will skate as juniors.

Who fell?

Not a name I recognized. And not the best at reading the Cyrillic letters but her first name was Victoria and her last name started with the letter N ;)
But the fall was kind of scary since she landed on her back.

Wow, Vika Safonova was great! I think she deserved more than 65.57
Always nice, always underscored. Federation does not treat her as promising because she is too tall. I believe she is the tallest female skater who successfully landed 3Lz+3T.

Places 1 to 13 and 15(Kostyuk, she made mistake - lost a combo) are strong, all the others - not so strong.

Muravyeva really stood out to me today for some reason. I really like her! Kamila, just divine, she will surely be a force to be reckoned with next year. Shame about Dasha’s StSq, her skating is really nice and the program was going so great.

If comparing to Junior Worlds SP:

Here Top 8 landed good 3Lz+3T, at JrWorlds Top 7.

Here Top 6 skated without serious errors, at JrWorlds Top 5.

Both (Valieva and Khromykh) here and (Shcherbakova and Trusova) at JrWorlds are very nice, strong and pleasure-to-watch.

And here is local Moscow competition where are not the strongest eligible girls, who don't need to make their status higher by good result of Nationals Elder Age, their status is high enough. Top 7 of Junior Nationals don't compete here.

I agree

Kamila :points:

And to say that Muravyeva isn't still junior eligible on the next season. She and Samodelkina, right now, appear to be the stronger additions to the junior national team of the 2020/2021 season. Davydov is doing so good with its girls, i hope its influence will growing stronger at CSKA.

Too bad about Usacheva's fall :drama: I really hope to see her doing a good free program and qualify.

Poor Andrey, he had a bit of a mixed bag season. He's so good to watch. On the other hand, Georgiy Kunitsa is really finding his place. Well done, I like him.
