I’ve noticed some guys who have great metabolisms sweat quite a lot when they sleep
So this heavy sweating is really a good thing!
Rather we should celebrate Nathan’s sweating- of course yet another aspect in which he is genetically blessed

Just want to point out that navy shirt might be made of synthetic fabric that's very difficult for skin to breath in, thus cause larger amount of sweat. He was wearing white T for no good at worlds gala, didn't notice any issue.
Yeah, it's a dress shirt that is clearly not breathable and not designed for heavy duty sweating and athletic activities. The solution is just not to wear a shirt like that again since it has not been a major issue before
I think it has been a major issue since puberty, though primarily with competitive programs as @yyyskate says. Off the top of my head, the other times when it was an issue:
1. Aladdin costume at GP France https://goo.gl/images/eDdqfe
2. Borodin FS https://goo.gl/images/u9SVuW
Which I think was a major distracting issue. I think that clearly points towards bad material as part of the issue.I think it has been a major issue since puberty, though primarily with competitive programs as @yyyskate says. Off the top of my head, the other times when it was an issue:

Nathan can do his gala numbers literally without break a sweat

My observation is that the coldness from ice and the wind generated from movements should help to cool down skaters a lot,...

:think:
Sadly no, it only helps so much... I think it's the same for skiing or any other activity done in cold weather, the exertion will warm you up quickly from the inside.
I have no idea how some people can exercise at "regular" temperatures without getting a heat stroke.![]()

Yeah agreed. Skiing in -10C (14F) doesn’t even cool me down (and I was exerting THAT hard), so I doubt the breeze generated while skating helps much![]()
I was trying to say the ice cools skaters down a little while the wind helps to dry the sweat... a more breathable quick dry costume material and a little extra care should help to solve the issue.
@oatmella
