More than likely has to wear one, otherwise he would hurt himself in jumps and such, also it seems like he's one of the types of guys that wears it UNDER his Nike Pro "undies". (AKA he's modest).

Nathan was standing on something or on tip toes--even tip toes may not be enough. for sure--look at the hems of their shirts.

then I recall Mao Asada has done toe-hops in the end of a spin. which is the fav moment of one member from TSL.
