I think this may be translated from World Figure Skating magazine. He has a 4 page interview in the latest issue and I heard that he talks these things. I was hoping to be able to download the kindle version.

I thought it sounded familiar when you mentioned about the magazine so I did check your posts and found it. Maybe this is the Chinese version of this interview? Though I found the same article in this site (still in Chinese). It didn't mention that it came from the magazine so that's why I thought it's a new one.

PS: I read the article with the google translator, I suppose that because they are a Chinese medium they only write "Nathan" in the first lines, then they refer to him as "Wei Chen"

The article in a sports was just reposted from 爱滑冰, which was indicated at the end .

Woohoo!!!! The place went wild for him. I thought it was a bit of a nervy skate and he didn't go all out until he was done with the 3A, but understandable due to the blade issue. I was sooooo nervous about the 3A and it was a miracle that he landed it!!

Still very impressed with his skate today. Can't wait to watch his LP tomorrow - if I managed to wake up early, that is.

He said on the Olympic Channel that the outside edge rolled on the blade? I really don't know what any of that means though. Either way, he doesn't seem that nervous about it. Hopefully it doesn't affect things too much tomorrow!!

There's a small scratch in his blade on the edge. It can cause many an issue so that's why Raf was trying to work on it with the sharpening stone.

Does the sharpening stone help to eliminate the problem? I'm just wondering how much of an issue it'll be for him tomorrow! In his press conference, he said it should be fixed for tomorrow but I just had never seen anybody get that done in a warmup before!
