IDK about Patrick, but Jeremy has been coaching seminars and doing choreography along with also performing, and he's excellent at what he does.

I am sure he is great . I was a big fan of his. But having the full responsibility of a top skater’s future, and teaching sem8nars are 2 different things. But if someone can do it, he can!

I remembered reading something on Quora a year or two ago, When Emma Watson was in Brown, although students there tried to respect her privacy, there were quite some effort to recruit her to some club, and she was asked for take pictures even when she was with friend, which sometimes annoyed her little bit.


Let us hope Nathan would not get that much distraction.

i hate to say it but emma watson is/was a global superstar. for example, if she got put on the utah jazz's insta live, people who actually know who she is.
nathan will still be super popular with the people who know who he is though.

I am reminded of Kurt’s comments about Nathan at jr worlds 2015 - just paraphrasing - that Nathan didn’t remind him of any other skater, he had his own unique style

Surely Nathan can improve his SS, spins etc - but hope he never loses his unique style (no matter the choreo) and definitely not his ARMS

I think Browning’s comment on Nathan is always constructive and appreciates his own style, he loves the way his skate treats the ice...he is a great choice, can someone call to check his availability? And yes #2 on his arms, whatever you do Nathan please don’t lose your beautiful and expressive arm movements!

i was watching Jeffery Buttle’s program, and I find out many unexpected similarities to Nathan. to name a few, Jeff used to do a side-way twisted sit spin that Nathan does to, also, Jeff has skated to many piano pieces, some of the choreo during the quite moment and how he interprets it reminds me of Nathan’s Chopin, such as that side way bend move in Nathan’s chopin most quite part. you guys should check out Jeff’s piano pieces, they are all very unique and precious. Also, costumes, Jeff’s costumes have remind me of Nathan’s fluffy shirt from this season, body suit vera, even that little white collar, I won’t link any here, discover for your self.

The most interesting thing tho,
Jeff has skated to last emperor before, a Chinese themed music like Nathan’s Last dancer, I found that Jeff did some unusual and interesting choreo with his sleeves which reminds me of Nathan’s sleeve rolling up move in his stsq. is that just a coincidence or an inspiration.

after watching so many piano pieces from Jeff, i kinda think it might be a good idea for Nathan to do a piano piece next season as well, and it would not be bad that Jeff is going to choreo it.

Having either of them choreograph for Nathan would be amazing. It would be so eye-opening for Nathan with the kind of creativity they would be able to inject. I also loved both of them as skaters because like Nathan, they were both great dancers and both had such a wide range in the types of music they were able to interpret and interpret authentically. It's something I truly value in skaters.

It's possible. Coaches travel with students all the time for things that other students aren't at, so they stay home and train on their own, or with other co-coaches that are there. It's not a big deal. This isn't a daycare it's a training arrangement.

It happens. Skaters are fine with it. I don’t understand why the fans make a big deal about something that really isn’t.
