Team Raf's own rink pretty much - that he doesn't have to share with hockey. Well I'm assuming the hockey players will be using the other 3 rinks.

This might have saved Nathan quite a lot of driving, too bad it didn't open a few years ago !

the new ice rinks, unfortunately, they were too late for our Nathan's 2018 OG and he is not probably using it that much once he moved to Yale.

Raf talked about hopes0 for his own rink in multiple interviews...I secretly hoped he could get one on the east coast close to Nathan

Does it mean that Nathan may stay with Raf in the new rink in summer instead of going to the champ camp?

Well they’ll be useful to him in the next four years when he’s training there instead of going to different rinks or having to share a public rink. Plus it means staff of team Raf will increase with new SS coaches/choreographers other than Nadia that can help Nathan in house when he needs. It’s very good for him I think.

I don't know how much Nathan will be able to use these new facilities ... seems that he is hardly in socal anymore.

He will use it plenty of times. He gets 3 months off summer, a month off for winter and spring break each, and will likely defer a year prior to Olympics where he will use it all year. He’s touring right now so it makes sense he’s not there right now but I’m thinking of the benefits for him long term. It certainly won’t hurt. Whether he at Yale or Cali, he’ll have an Olympic level facility to his convenience.

@hhh the 2 hops in Nemesis is not matching to is original music place is intentional, Nathan changed his Nemesis stsq in the SOI shows, because the ice is too small. He also added flourishes such as the "why why why" hands later in the tour to make Nemesis stsq even fuller.

I’m aware he changed it for the US SOI, however, the JP SOI rink appears to be bigger, plus he didn’t just missed the timing during the SOI but also in the competitions.

May all stay well with the Nathan 500 and doesn’t get chopped down, again.
