It seems to me that the broadcast on 8/12

will be the same content as the 8/4 broadcast

and it's not really an airing of The Ice but actually a variety show, with Daisuke Takahashi, Kanako Murakami and many Japanese skaters from The Ice, with perhaps a few skating performances, but not even a short airing of The Ice Osaka.

Maybe 9/1 is the earliest airing of The Ice after all?

I thought maybe we'd get to see at least a shortened version of Osaka The Ice on 8/12, but I was probably mistaken. Sorry if my post on p.798 led to false hopes of a shorter wait.
