I am not under the impression RAF lobbying against setting schools aside either, but I do sense there was some frustration over the coaching and training situation, starting with the NBC interview back in October. I don’t believe much of Nathan’s words concerning FaceTiming with RAF in either Liza’s interview or Ice Desk interview. It just sounds impossible to me to capture all his movements with his phone on the boards, plus should RAF be busy with coaching other students during the day?especially considering the time differences unless Raf set aside coaching time for Nathan everyday. Need to go back to Raf’s TSL interview to find out his schedule. I guess Nathan really loves Yale and just doesn’t like to answer questions about distant coaching. That is why he tries to sound more positive in every interview. After all, he is a more positive person anyway while RAF as a coach is more realistic and blunt, with high expectations/standards for his students.Hope Nathan is feeling ok ...
